All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Hinterland Healing. Generally, orders will be provisioned and fulfilled within one business day or if received out of business hours then the next business day.
Delivery of orders will be conducted by third party carriers not limited to Australia Post and all tracking and lodgement issues regarding delivery delays, missing packages, damaged goods or any other delivery related matters will be the responsibility of those carriers and their systems and sub-contractors. Lodgement of complaints or inquiries should be first directed to the nominated carriers support services.
Hinterland Healing may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you. Hinterland Healing may refuse an order for any product at its sole discretion if it believes that the order contravenes Hinterland Healing's Acceptable Usage Policy or might be a fraudulent order.
We cannot accept returns on products that were opened and/or used due to health and safety regulations.
Damaged goods can be exchanged or refunded provided evidence of the damage is submitted for review to Hinterland Healing. Evidence of freight damage must show the condition of goods and packaging at the time of receipt of the package.
Any refunds that are required will be processed only to the same method used to make the order. This includes to the same credit card number / account if the payment was by credit card. In the event that the card is lost, stolen or cancelled Hinterland Healing may require confirmation from the card provider or issuing bank for any change.
